pulse rete increase or reduce [normal range pulse rate:60- 90 beat /min ]

hypotension or hypertension 

Immediate treatment 

tab aspirin 300 mg chewable

To admit the patient 

high follow oxigen  musk 

iv morfin 5- 10 mg 

anti emetic 

Beta blocar - atinolol

anti platelete drug -aspirin + clopediogreal 300 mg
